Gunpowder Green Tea and Chamomile Tea Kombucha: Synergistic Antioxidant Power
The Inputs: Gunpowder Green provides stimulating Catechins (EGCG) for metabolic health, while Chamomile offers soothing flavonoids (Apigenin) for inflammation and stress relief.
The Process: Fermentation acts as the "catalyst," breaking down these compounds to make them more absorbable (bioavailable) and creating new detoxifying acids like DSL and Glucuronic Acid.
The Result: A balanced "Push/Pull" effect that delivers antioxidant defense and liver support, while providing energy without the jitters.
This is one of my very favorite kombucha teas, it has a wonderful balance of tangy and sweet and flavor is somewhat light. It is very refreshing especially in the summer, although I find it refreshing anytime of year.
One of my upcoming articles will discuss the benefits of coffee kombucha. I must say though, the most beneficial kombucha I know of seems to be Pomegranate Kombucha.
