Coffee Kombucha, 2nd Iteration

This is the second coffee kombucha brew, having changed over from a green tea and chamomile kombucha. The first brew had wonderful flavors and I have a feeling this iteration will have even deeper, more pronounced flavors that didn’t fully develop in the first brew. I will allow this brew to ferment for two weeks and see how it works out. Below is a video of my process. Its rather simple, once you get in the rhythm, everything kind of flows. On my third iteration I may try a mix of Colombian and Mexican coffee beans and see what type of flavor profile develops.

I hope you enjoyed my video, have a great day and until next time.
